Having done a summer project with us the previous year, Dara joined us in 2024 for her final year research project. She was particularly interested in studying parasites and their interaction with the human immune system and she studied how trypanosome receptors regulate the complement system.
Dara is now a D. Phil. student at the Dunn School of Pathology.
