Four members of the team enjoyed a wonderful week at the BioMalPar meeting in Heidelberg.
Nawsad Alam gave a talk on "Structure-guided design of PfRH5-based vaccine immunogens for blood stage malaria", sharing his work, and that of others, in our quest to make the best possible PfRH5-based vaccine immunogen.
Sam Chamberlain also presented his work, in collaboration with our friends at the University of Osaka, with a poster on "RIFINs displayed on malaria-infected erythrocytes bind to both KIR2DL1 and KIR2DS1".
We were delighted when he won the poster prize. Thanks to the conference organisers and to everyone who voted for Sam!!
