We are honoured to receive the 2021 C. A. Wright Medal of the British Society of Parasitology. This medal (http://bsp.uk.net/awards-grants/c-a-wright-memorial-medal/) is awarded annually to recognise “outstanding contributions to the discipline of parasitology”. It is a recognition of the discoveries made by many members of the lab’, both past and present.
Matt will give a talk entitled ‘Understanding the survival tricks of parasite surfaces’ at the BSP ‘Parasites online’ conference in June 2021, and will receive the Medal on behalf of the lab.
